- Remove the clear plastic film from both sides
- Set your heat press to 375 f degrees. Time: 60 seconds. Pressure: Medium.
- When printing make sure to MIRROR your image.
- Place sheets of white copy paper or parchment paper
- Position your transfer face down (use heat tape if desired) and cover with butcher or plain white paper.
- Remove transfer immediately.
