2. Remove the clear plastic film from both sides
3. Set your heat press to 375 f degrees. Time: 60 seconds. Pressure: Medium.
4. When printing make sure to MIRROR your image.
5. Place sheets of white copy paper or parchment paper
6. Position your transfer face down (use heat tape if desired) and cover with butcher or plain white paper.
7. Remove transfer immediately.
