To glow in the dark, the cup must be charged (similar to anything that glows in the dark) To “charge” the tumbler, just put the tumbler in the sun or near the light. 

All tumblers start White to change to a color of your choice (blue, pink, or purple) in the sunlight and then glow green in the dark. To glow in the dark, it needs be charged by light similar to other glow products. 

I print my image at 8.3x9.4 for the 20oz tumblers and cook on confection setting in an oven for 4 to 5 minutes at 365 degrees.

You should check your tumbler as you go because all ovens are different depending on size, heating elements etc some cook faster some cook slower. Checking as you go is the only way to be certain to get the exact results you desire. 

These are sublimation tumblers and when using the correct paper, supplies, and cooking methods they will easily sublimate without an issue.
