Who is Bradshaw Blanks?

Bradshaw Blanks opened in July 2021. It is a small home-based sublimation blanks business located in East Texas. While our clothing is mostly known for how well they sublimate, their softness, and not shrinking, they are also used for vinyl, screen printing, dtf, and wore blank. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, and you can pay from your bank account using PayPal. We also accept Sezzle and Afterpay payment options! Payment is accepted only in US Dollars.

 

Do you really have every item on your site in stock?

Yes! Unlike most other sublimation blank supplies, we run our business from our home base and ship everything directly from our own warehouse. If a certain color, design, or size is out of stock in our warehouse, our website is updated instantly to reflect that!

 

Are your clothing items TTS (True to Size)?

This question is the hardest question to answer because everyone's "true to size" is different depending on how they like their fit & where they shop. In general, most people say they are true to fit.  (Search FB group for "TTS for some photo examples, you can also check under the review tab as well) If you need assistance, please message me on the chat button and I can help find photo examples. 

 

When will you be restocking?

We have apps on both the website and Bradshaw Blanks App that will notify you for each item you are looking for, just enter you email under the out of stock notifications. 

 

What is a Digital Mockup?

A Mockup is a digital image of a shirt (with no logo) to use to put digital images on top. This allows you to make examples without using a "real" shirt.

 

PROMOTIONS

I saw a special offer a while ago and I can’t find it now. Where is it?

We run special offers to our email list subscribers and for our social media followers on a regular basis. However, most of those offers are only good for a few days, so be sure to act fast! If a special offer has expired, we cannot open it back up just because you missed it. Do you offer a discounts or wholesale pricing?

Yes & No. We offer some great bundles. You can also request other surprise bundles. (We just need size range (or one size) and which collections. Also, please check out our popup FREEBIES on our website. This is our way of saying Thank You! On the website, the promo codes are automatic on the app, they have to be entered.

REFUND, CHANGES, & EXCHANGES

What is your return and or cancellation policy?

To return, please send back to Bradshaw Blanks within 7 business days to 1837 CR 4770 Warren, TX 77664 with your order number and name and a note of the issue. There will be a 10- 20% restocking/cancellation fee for all returned items or cancelled orders to cover our fees that we are charged. A store credit will be issued. The fee is to cover our fees, as we are charged fees as soon as your place the order.

 

How do I Make a Change to My Order?

We try our best to assist you, however, due to our fast-processing times and the number of orders we receive on a daily basis, we cannot guarantee that all requests for order changes can be accommodated. Please message us on our chat with us button on our website. 

 

My product arrived damaged, what can I do?

Please look over all items and notify us within 48 hours of delivery. This means to take out each shirt out of the bag and each tumbler out of the box to check. If we are at fault, we pay for the shipping back and replace the item or issue a gift card. You will have 7 business days from the day of delivery to mail it back. If the item is altered in ANY way we will no longer be able to issue a refund or replacement. Therefore, look over all your products before pressing them. Completely cover the shirt from the heating element. If you have pressed a faux bleach shirt recently, make sure, you cover the padding as well. Sublimation, as well as all crafting has learning curves. Please research and practice on test polyester items first. 

 

SHIPPING

How long is processing and shipping time?

We have an average 1-4 business day turn around for processing time + shipping. We know your order is important to you, so we are always working hard to make sure we get your order out in a timely manner. Please select the Rush option to switch your processing time to 1-2 BD.

 

Where's my package?

Packages are generally delivered within our estimated delivery times.

If you do not receive your package within the estimated time frame or you have questions about your tracking please. Please login to your account and track your package.

Please note, I do not have access to USPS or UPS system, I can only see what the public tracking information states. Please contact your shipping carrier to receive more details. Also, if you wait too long to reach out for assistance they may not be able to fully investigate your delivery issue with the shipping provider.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping & Handling costs are non-refundable (this is the cost we charge to process, fulfill, and ship your order). For any return, we will give store credit for the cost of all items minus 20%, but not the cost of shipping and handling.

 

Order Shows as Delivered But I have Not Received My Order

Please contact UPS or USPS first, they will have the most up to date information. We are unable to see any additional information. They also have GPS trackers where it was scanned.

Please double check your address on your Order Confirmation email to be sure your address is 100% accurate. Sometimes packages are scanned before they are actually delivered to you.

We also highly recommend checking with your neighbors to see if your package was accidentally delivered to the wrong place/apartment number, etc.

If you do not find your package, please contact them after your package delivery date. out of the over 35,000 packages we have only had 4 have been lost and not able to be found.

 

Lost Packages

We have partnered with Route. They offer a FREE app to track your package along the way. They also offer insurance for lost and stolen packages that is at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages. If your package is lost or stolen please contact the package carrier with your tracking number. Please contact us if you need to locate your tracking information.

 

Why wasn't my package forwarded?

Shipping is covered one way which is from our warehouse, to the address that is confirmed at checkout. If your package is unable to be forwarded, you must contact USPS for more information. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to a forwarding in place.

 

Combined Shipping

Please note that items & orders are automatically combined to ship whenever possible. S&H may be charged on all individual orders placed. When orders are combined shipped no s&h charges will be waived. However, we do either choose a faster shipping service or you will receive an extra free gift for your shipping savings. To avoid multiple s&h charges please place one order instead of multiple orders.
